Residential IP Usage Guide

Residential IP Usage Guide#

Important

This product is a residential IP proxy service. It is not an airport node, VPN service, or traffic resale service.

Before using it, you need to prepare a compliant overseas network environment and then connect through a proxy client.

To prevent abuse, free trials are not provided. Expired IPs are recycled automatically and cannot be recovered.

Step 1: Download v2rayN#

Supported Use Cases#

Residential IPs can be used for compliant overseas business scenarios, such as:

  • Web data collection
  • Market research
  • SEO monitoring
  • Price comparison
  • Ad verification
  • Brand protection
  • Other lawful overseas access workflows
Caution

Do not use this service for illegal activity, abuse, attacks, fraud, spam, or actions that violate platform rules.

Proxy Address vs Exit IP#

Proxy address is the gateway address you enter in the proxy client. It is the connection entry point.

Exit IP is the final business IP seen by the destination website.

In short:

  • Proxy address: used to connect to the proxy network.
  • Exit IP: used for actual website access.

Gateway Selection#

If your own network environment is stable, choose a gateway close to your location. The default global acceleration gateway will select access based on your current network conditions.

Can It Be Used on Mobile?#

Yes. Mobile devices also need a compliant network environment and a proxy client that supports the required configuration.

Note

A detailed mobile tutorial is not included here. Please follow the documentation of the proxy app you use.

Troubleshooting#

If the connection fails, check:

  1. IP, port, account, and password.
  2. Proxy protocol.
  3. Whether the service has expired.
  4. Firewall or antivirus blocking.
  5. Whether your network environment supports the connection.
  6. Whether IP allowlisting is enabled and configured correctly.
Note

Actual performance may be affected by your network, proxy client, gateway, carrier, target website risk control, and platform rules.
